How Cohouse Works

Find the Perfect Space

Enter your target destination (school, work or other address) in the search bar, browse the closest results and schedule (in-person or virtual) tours for your favorites.

Check It Out & Apply

Fill out some basic info to go see the place in person or to schedule a virtual tour. If the space feels like home, submit your formal offer along with your full application.

Get Accepted & Secure The Space

Once the host accepts your application, sign your contract and submit your payments & deposits securely through our site.
4

Move In & Enjoy

Schedule a time to move in, meet your host and enjoy your new space. Connect with your new community and contribute to our network.
